Edge Banding Tapes for Straight Edges

TecoLINE P melamine edge-banding tapes are single-layer edge-banding tapes for edge banding of straight edges. The Blažič collection has approximately 80 designs available in stock without requisite minimum quantities for orders. Among numerous designs, we also offer primer edge-banding tapes for painting as well as edge-banding tapes for closing of concealed edges, and upon request we can also provide edge-banding tapes with a protective foil for protecting edges when lacquering furniture units. Edge-banding tapes are available with or without an applied melt adhesive. If you do not find a suitable design in the Blažič collection, you can select a suitable design from the BauschLinnemann SPEED collection of 150 designs, for which the minimum order quantity is 15 m².

Edge-Banding Tapes for Softforming

Compared to edge-banding tapes for straight edges, the TecoLINE S melamine edge-banding tapes are more flexible and thus intended for edge banding of softforming edges as well as for straight edges. In stock, we offer 30 solid colour and wood grain designs of softforming quality. Melamine softforming edge-banding tapes can in certain cases also be used for edge closing grooves in door leaves and wrapping MDF lathes with small roundings in a membrane press, because they are sufficiently flexible. If you do not find a suitable design in the Blažič collection, you can select a suitable design from the BauschLinnemann SPEED collection of 150 designs, for which the minimum order quantity is 150 m².

Edge-Banding Tapes for Groows on Door Leaves

Due to their exceptional flexibility, TecoLINE F edge-banding tapes are intended for manufacturers of doors for edge banding grooves on door leaves. The Blažič collection has 25 solid colour and wood grain designs as well as a primer edge-banding tape for painting and lacquering. TecoLINE F edge-banding tapes can also be used for wrapping MDF lathes in membrane presses because of their flexibility. You can choose from widths up to maximum 650 mm; primer white design is available in widths up to 1270 mm.

Edge-Banding Tapes with Digital Prints

Opposed to traditional edge-banding tapes, TecoLINE D edge-banding tapes are printed with digital prints. The minimum quantity for supply is a roll, length 250 tm, width 320 mm and total quantity of 80 m². The edge-banding tapes are available to order in wood grain designs and abstract pattern designs and motives that you provide in jpg format. Edge-banding tapes for straight edges and softforming tapes for grooves on door leaves are also available upon request. We can cut the tape to the desired widths;
